DSSSB Stenographer Previous Year Dictations - RTI Response

DSSSB Stenographer is one of the burning topics among aspirants of Stenography who prepare for the Post of Stenographer Grade III in Government of Delhi. I have been providing SSC Shorthand Previous Year Skill Test dictations for last 03 years which are very useful for aspirants. These previous year dictations provide a clear idea as to what kind of dictations are asked in SSC Skill Test Dictations. I have been receiving a lot of candidates for arrangement of DSSSB Stenographer Previous Year Dictations.

I get SSC Stenographer Previous Year Dictations through RTI and in DSSSB also I tried to get them through RTI because it is the only way available to get previous year matters. I will share with you pictures of stages of this RTI.

I filed RTI on 2nd February, 2020 in which I asked for All Printed Shorthand Dictations/Matters dictated in all shifts for post codes 91/09, 92/09, 41/13, 50/13, 211/14 and 21/18. I hoped that just like SSC, I will get all master passages. It is pertinent to mention here that if you need passages through RTI then you need to pay according to the number of pages. Only then you will be provided these master passages.

I waited for an entire month because the time limit for response of RTI is 30 days and for some exception circumstances it can be 45 days. On 11th March, 2020 I decided to file first appeal and I did the same. I asked about the status of RTI and penalty on concerned officer. I hoped that this time I will get matters but when I did not get any e-mail related to payment for required number of pages, I understood that something is wrong.

Due to outbreak of COVID-19 I did not filed any further appeal but on 03rd June, 2020 I got my RTI status that it has been disposed of. And the reply from DSSSB disappointed me. It was something like this 'DSSSB does not provide shorthand dictated matter or typing matter to the candidates'.

DSSSB cannot be blamed for this because it is solely the Department's right for providing such information or not. It is also to inform you that if any information which a Department doesn't want to share on public domain, will not be shared.

I have been told by aspirants that some other YouTube Channels are providing previous year DSSSB Shorthand Skill Test matters. May be they have some sources from where they got these dictations or it may also be possible that earlier these dictations were being provided through RTI. I feel credibility issues in those dictations. This is not to defame any other YouTube channel but the response from DSSSB says that it is not possible to get dictations. One another possibility is that the candidate asked for its own transcribed matter along with master passage and provided to them. I can't say anything. I tried but I could not get those matters for you.

Candidates who are preparing for the post code 21/18 are advised to finish as many matters as possible. I have been providing SSC Previous year dictations, those will be sufficient for DSSSB Shorthand Skill Test. Work on your accuracy and success is yours.
