DSSSB (STENOGRAPHER) 21/18 FINAL RESULT OUT
The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) conducts Stenographer every year having different post codes. The wait of aspirants is over and final result of DSSSB Stenographer is out.
There were total 256 vacancies. The written examination was conducted between 04/10/2019 and 10/10/2019. Out of more than 11,000 candidates, only 1947 candidates were shortlisted to appear in Stenography and Typing Skill Test. The Skill test was a very long process and it took 26 days to get it completed. Only 1294 candidates appeared in Skill Tests and based on the performance of candidates the final merit was prepared. The result of Skill Test was announced on 20/04/2021 and only 425 candidates could qualify it. Candidates were anxious because they didn't know whether they will be selected or not because no. of candidates were more than the no. of qualified candidates.
According to Likho Steno Academy, the Final merit for UR should have been 125-127 and the calculation proved to be true. Here is the final merit:-
UR - 127.75, OBC- 102.27, SC- 113.64, ST- 63.89.
Candidates whose name is not in the list should not worry because there is a wait list panel and it is valid upto 16/06/2020.
It has been observed that many candidates who are already in some other service don't join and hence create chances for candidates in wait list. So, candidates are advised to wait upto the validity of wait list panel and prepare for other exams as well.
